OnthewaytotheImperialResidence,thereisastonebridge,underwhichasmallpondcanbeseen.Yeefayloveditsomuchthathecouldnothelprunningmerrilyonthebridgebackandforthandobservingthefishinthepondintently.
ItseemedthatYeefaywasnotinterestedinthepalacebutinthepathsaroundit.Hewalkedroundtosideandthebackofthepalace.Whatattracthimalottherewerethecobbledroadandtheplatformaroundit.

行程安排
OnthewaytoZhiyuanZhai,Yeefayinsistedonpushingtheprambyhimself,althoughitwasnoteasyforhimtodoso.Mummyanddaddyreallyappreciatedhisinsistence,butdidn’tconfidentwithhisskill(hahaha).
Steppingovertherelativelyhighthreshold,wesawawideandsquareyardofZhityuanZhai,whichatypicalyardofChinesetraditionalarchitecture.Yeefaywasexcited.
Goingacrosstheyard,wearrivedatanotherdoor.Whileenteringinside,Yeefaycouldnothelpscreaming:waterfall.Itwasatinyandexquisitegardenwithapondinit.Yeefaywantedtogoclosetoit,butitwasnotallowedforthesakeofthesafetyconcern.Yeefaystayedhereforalongtimeanddidn’twanttoleave.Hekepttryingtogoclosetothepond,butfailobviously.(hahaha)
Comingbacktotheyard,weedonthecorridors.IamalwaysshockedbyChineseculture,eventhoughIcanseeiteverywhere.Notonlythebeautifuldecorationsofthebeamabovethecorridor,butonlytheswithdifferentshapesmademeproud.Ibelieve,oneday,Yeefaywillhavethesamefeelingslikeme.

StayingintheFragrantHillpark,itseemsthatyouareinaforest.Youcanseetrees,flowersandbirdseverywhere.Onthewaybackhome,Yeefaystoppedinaspecialgarden,wherewecouldseebarkroads,pineconeandwoodspile,flowerswithmanycolorsandthrivingtrees.

香山之行，虽然没有爬山。但是，仍觉小景怡人。Yeefay小朋友在山间跑跑跳跳，询问着这是什么，那是什么。老父亲和老母亲追追赶赶，不停地给“小人儿”答疑解惑。惬意而又诗意的同时，也在偶有的热浪中体味着初夏的“热情”。今天，我们来探路，日后一定把爬山补上。
